Chess Boards
Over the years I have constructed many boards which have been sold throughout the United States. The boards are tournament size (2"1/4 squares), all solid wood, panel and frame construction, with traditional mortise and tenon joints at the corners. The frame is beveled to the outside. The squares are 1/8 " above the frame.
Frame: overall size - 22" x 22" frame - 2" wide x 1" 1/8 deep
Squares - walnut and maple, frame - cherry.
